Bobby consistently maintains a supply of chickpeas at home to prepare hummus for interim snacks. Present a handmade or commercially prepared variant accompanied by vegetables or whole-wheat pita bread.


Chipotles


Bobby's affinity for spicy cuisine is well-known, with the smokey chipotle being his preferred pepper. Utilize the peppers and the accompanying adobo sauce, commonly found in cans, to enhance the flavor of marinades, meats, and side dishes significantly.



Herbs and Citrus
