This recipe serves 8 toasts, allowing you to host a vibrant brunch.
Ingredients
8 slices good rye bread
4 eggs, soft boiled
Olive oil
8 tablespoon cream cheese
1/2 red onion
2 radishes
1 Persian cucumber
4 ounce smoked salmon
4 sprigs dill
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2: Position the pieces of rye bread on a baking pan. Lightly coat the bread with olive oil and toast in the oven for approximately 10 minutes.
3: While the toasts are baking, finely slice your onion, radish, and cucumber.
4: Extract the baking sheet from the oven and apply 1 spoonful of cream cheese to each slice.
5: Distribute the salmon evenly between the toasts, followed by the onion, radish, and cucumber.
6: Halve the soft-boiled eggs and place one half atop each slice of toast.
7: Finally, adorn each toast with pomegranate seeds and little sprigs of dill.
