The Gordon Ramsay–inspired eatery is heading to London in 2026.

The Hell’s Kitchen group has been functioning in the United States since 2018, when its inaugural branch was established in Las Vegas, subsequently expanding to locations like as Miami, New Jersey, Washington, and Southern California.
Gordon Ramsay Restaurants has announced the opening of Hell’s Kitchen London at The Cumberland Hotel in Marble Arch. Similar to the other establishments, it will be conceived as an immersive dining experience that replicates the ambiance of the television program. Patrons will savour meals akin to those depicted on TV, including beef Wellington, lobster risotto, pan-seared scallops, sticky toffee pudding and apple butterscotch cheesecake. The menu will now feature a selection of premium big steak cuts, including a 1.2kg wagyu tomahawk, a bone-in striploin, and a 500g chateaubriand, along with a five-course tasting menu option.
Additionally, there will be cocktails such as Notes from Gordon, a blend of Plymouth Dry Gin, green tea, lemongrass, peach, and lemon, accompanied by a personal note from Ramsay himself.
The ambiance will be vibrant, featuring an open kitchen that provides a glimpse of the chefs at work, along with DJs performing throughout the week.

“Introducing Hell’s Kitchen to the UK for the first time is a remarkable full-circle moment,” states Ramsay. London is the origin of it all in 1998, making this a genuine homecoming. Hell’s Kitchen embodies fire, theatricality, and audacious flavours, and I eagerly anticipate presenting the classic dishes beloved by guests, together with new concoctions specifically crafted for London’s patrons.
This announcement coincides with speculation over the return of the intense eponymous cooking program Hell’s Kitchen on UK television. Reports indicate that Ramsay has been negotiating with ITV since last year over the revival of his renowned series, celebrated for its incisive critiques and high-stakes culinary drama. A television insider informed The Sun: 'Enthusiasts of the program will be exceedingly delighted by the anticipation of the competition's return and the opportunity to dine at a Hell's Kitchen restaurant in this location.'
Business-savvy Gordon has seen that the success of Hell’s Kitchen in the United States has attracted thousands of customers to his eateries.
The program is transmitted in over 100 countries globally, therefore attracting both tourists to Britain and cultivating a new audience for the television contest in the UK; this represents a rather astute strategy on his part.
What constitutes Hell's Kitchen?
Hell's Kitchen is a British reality television program that debuted on ITV in 2004, featuring Ramsay as he endeavoured to instruct ten celebrities in culinary skills. They were situated in a fabricated restaurant kitchen and assigned the responsibility of preparing meals for affluent patrons, with eliminations decided through a sequence of public votes reminiscent of Big Brother. The initial participants comprised actress Amanda Barrie, who notably confronted Ramsay in a moment of exasperation, and model Jennifer Ellison, the series winner.
Subsequently, three additional seasons ensued, during which Ramsay transferred the head chef responsibilities to Gary Rhodes, Jean-Christophe Novelli, and Marco Pierre White. The model evolved throughout the years: the second series featured members of the public fighting for a monetary reward and the opportunity to establish their own restaurant.
Notable figures reappeared for the third series, including model Abbey Clancy and television personality Brian Dowling. In the fourth series, Claudia Winkleman succeeded Angus Deayton as presenter, and the show adopted a hybrid format: the initial four eliminations were determined by Pierre White, while the subsequent four were chosen by public vote.
In 2005, a United States adaptation debuted on Fox, hosted by Ramsay. The concept mirrored that of the inaugural UK series, featuring budding chefs instead of celebrities, and lacked audience interaction. The program achieved significant success in the United States, spanning 23 seasons, with a 24th season titled 'Battle of the States' set to premiere in September. For the inaugural occasion in Hell's Kitchen history, each chef will originate from a distinct location, featuring contenders from several states around the US, including Oregon, California, New York, and Rhode Island. The victor will obtain the position of head chef at the Foxwoods Resort Casino, in addition to receiving a financial award of $250,000.
Hell's Kitchen is one of the numerous television programs in Ramsay's repertoire. His additional culinary programs include Kitchen Nightmares, which aired from 2007 to 2014, with the chef endeavouring to revitalise struggling eateries with his often candid counsel.
