For the upcoming Grand Finale of the sixth edition of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition.

The Grand Finale of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy competition is scheduled for next week in Milan.
Led by S.Pellegrino, the event will feature 15 culinary luminaries presenting their signature dishes to an esteemed Grand Jury of chefs, including Christophe Bacquié of the two-Michelin-starred Le Table des Amis; Jeremy Chan, co-founder of the innovative two-Michelin-star restaurant Ikoyi in London; Antonia Klugmann of the Michelin-starred L’Argine in Gorizia, Italy; Niki Nakayama of the Michelin-starred n/naka in Los Angeles; Elena Reygadas, chef-owner of the Michelin-starred Rosetta in Mexico City and founder of the Elena Reygadas Scholarship; Julien Royer of the acclaimed three-Michelin-starred Odette in Singapore; and Mitsuharu Tsumura, whose restaurant Maido in Lima is recognized as the best in the world by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
The sixth edition of the tournament represents the conclusion of numerous intense challenges conducted over the past two years throughout 55 countries and 15 regions, rather than being a singular event. The candidates, representing various countries, will vie for the title, with the victor exhibiting the ability to influence the future of gastronomy via originality, passion, and intent.
As each chef reconnects with their mentor, S.Pellegrino emphasizes its commitment to fostering culinary talent with this year's theme, "Bring Your Future to the Table." In addition to embracing the Academy's mission, it seeks to compel young cooks to establish their distinctive voice and convey their vision for an improved gastronomic landscape by reflecting their personal identity via cuisine.
