The 2025 Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix Unveils an Impressive Culinary Lineup

Formula 1 will return to the Strip from November 20 to 22, and while the on-track competition promises its customary thrill, the Las Vegas Grand Prix is ensuring that the culinary offerings match this high-octane standard.
Every fan zone and hospitality area throughout the track will introduce a distinctive cuisine tailored to complement the rhythm of race weekend. Anticipate a range of trackside comfort foods, such as short rib grilled cheese and Cuban-style mojo pulled pig, among globally inspired meals from other Grand Prix locations.
The roster features a combination of local essence and international prominence: Gordon Ramsay and David “Papi” Einhorn will present signature dishes directly from their respective F1 hospitality garages, while DO & CO introduces its contemporary interpretation of global fine cuisine in the Paddock Club. Incorporate a selection of Las Vegas' premier vendors, and you have a gastronomic experience that competes with the excitement of the race itself.

Two Formula 1 garages will be converted into opulent, culinary-centric trackside experiences curated by Chef Gordon Ramsay and Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ Papi Steak. Gordon Ramsay at F1 Garage will present three days of varied cuisine, all supervised by Gordon Ramsay himself. The Papi Steak Garage will merge dynamic dining with Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ hospitality, establishing an exclusive, entertainment-rich environment with a nightly roster of premier DJs amid the exhilarating atmosphere of race week.

Paddock Club, Wynn Grid Club and Skybox
Long-term partner DO & CO will deliver a comprehensive culinary experience for guests in the premium hospitality areas, including the Paddock Club, Wynn Grid Club, and Skybox. With over 28 seasons of experience, DO & CO employs more than 350 adept chefs who provide fine-dining menus that are updated daily, showcasing the freshest and most luxurious ingredients globally, allowing customers to savor a variety of dishes and culinary sensations. Turn 3 Club
Cut & Taste, a Las Vegas-based enterprise renowned for its culinary innovation, will provide comprehensive meals for participants at Turn 3 Club, integrating fresh ingredients with the locale's dynamic nightlife atmosphere. This year's changing menu includes:
Boneless chicken wings accompanied by Korean chili sauce and cucumber kimchi.
Chicken Katsu Sando, accompanied by cucumber sunomono and spicy coconut sambal.
Kalbi Steak Tostada, including Asian pear salad and cilantro-infused white bean purée.
Barbecue Pulled Pork Nachos accompanied by spicy queso, salsa fresca, jalapeños, and pickled red onion.
Cola-Braised Short Rib Sandwich, with pickled chayote, crispy shallots, and a spicy mustard aioli.

In addition to headline performances and exhilarating track action, attendees in the T-Mobile Zone at Sphere can sample culinary offerings from Wolfgang Puck Catering, a premier nationwide event catering service renowned for its culinary expertise. This area will showcase a rotating selection of menu items for sale, emphasizing new dishes daily, including:
Bougie Tots are tater tots garnished with crème fraîche, caviar, and chives.
Birria Street Tacos, presented in corn tortillas with shredded beef birria, cilantro, onions, Monterey Jack cheese, and consommé. Accompanied by black tortilla chips.
