Daisuke Nakazawa of Sushi Nakazawa, a protégé of chef Jiro Ono from Jiro Dreams of Sushi, is establishing a permanent facility in Los Angeles in 2023.

Vito Ferraro, the head of operations at Sushi Nakazawa, announced that the sushi chef's third restaurant in the United States will open at 145 North Robertson Boulevard, contingent upon no unanticipated setbacks. The Los Angeles establishment succeeds the inaugurations of Sushi Nakazawa’s venues in New York City and Washington D.C. Eater L.A. reports that the menu is expected to be priced at approximately $180 USD per person, featuring around 20 pieces of nigiri prepared in Nakazawa’s distinctive manner—seasoned rice, wasabi, and a brush of soy sauce.

Remain attentive for additional information regarding the opening.
