Greek Yoghurt Pizza Dough Recipe

Nutritionist Lily Keeling shared a recipe (from Green Chef) for the ideal Greek yoghurt pizza crust.

Ingredients:
180g self-raising flour powder
240g plain Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp olive oil
A pinch of salt
Method:
Preheat your oven to 230°C
In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-raising flour and a pinch of salt and stir.
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the Greek yoghurt. Use a spoon or your hands to mix until a dough starts to form. If the dough feels too sticky, add a little more flour. If it’s too dry, add more yogurt.
Once the dough has come together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for 5-7 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Roll the dough out into your desired pizza shape.
Add your desired sauce, cheese, and toppings.
Bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
Slice, serve, and enjoy your Greek yoghurt pizza!
