Hot Honey Sweet Potato Ground Beef Bowl

Made of sweet potato, ground beef, cottage cheese, and heated honey, it is rich in protein and constitutes an ideal nutritious meal.

Ingredients:
Makes 4 bowls
680g sweet potato, peeled, diced into cubes
Salt, pepper and cinnamon to taste
1lb lean ground beef
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp taco seasoning
2 cups low fat cottage cheese
4 small avocados
4 tbsp hot honey
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a half baking sheet with parchment paper.
Incorporate diced sweet potatoes, apply a small mist of cooking spray, and season with salt, pepper, and a hint of cinnamon. Bake for 30 minutes, turning and seasoning again at the midpoint.
Prepare the taco beef while the potatoes are baking. Preheat a frying pan over medium-high heat, add ground beef, and cook while breaking it into small pieces until well cooked (about 5 minutes). Eliminate any surplus liquid.
Incorporate tomato paste, taco seasoning, and a small amount of water, then heat for an additional 1-2 minutes, ensuring thorough amalgamation. Eliminate from heat.
