Commencing operations at The Hoxton in Shoreditch, London, on September 1.

The Peruvian restaurant Llama Inn has established a reputation for its remarkable ethnic delicacies that transport the essence of Peru to New York City. In 2015, Juan Correa and Chef Erik Ramirez inaugurated Llama Inn, receiving culinary acclaim and introducing its delectable offerings to London this September.
Llama Inn will assume control of The Hoxton’s rooftop venue in East London’s Shoreditch area, offering contemporary culinary experiences to residents. The restaurant inaugurates in collaboration with Carte Blanched, inviting patrons from September 1 to experience the enchantment.
The London establishment will replicate Llama Inn’s original in Brooklyn, offering a new menu influenced by its founders’ Peruvian-American ancestry. Peru and New York City converge in every dish, offering a distinctive experience that broadens your palate. Marcin Maliczowski will oversee the London kitchen, providing lunch, supper, and weekend brunch services. Llama Inn is poised to make a significant impact on the UK culinary landscape with offerings such as pork shoulder buns, yuzu scallops, seafood rice, and crispy squid.
The restaurant is currently open at The Hoxton in Shoreditch, London.
