The Arnaud Donckele & Maxime Frédéric restaurant at Louis Vuitton has established its presence at the White 1921 Saint-Tropez for the third consecutive year. This time, however, the upscale eating establishment has been awarded a newly acquired Michelin star.

Chef Arnaud Donckele and pastry chef Maxime Frédéric have introduced a seasonal menu based on three principles: global cuisine, innovative dishes, and cultural fare. The chefs, hailing from Normandy, prioritise French and Mediterranean cuisine, but international flavours enhance the menu's travel-by-plate concept. The top-rated dishes include Wagyu beef served in a seasoned broth and grilled blue lobster accompanied with shiso-infused sauce.

The Louis Vuitton restaurant incorporates several elements that reflect the brand's fundamental identity, such as trunk-shaped side tables, Monogram-inspired tableware from the “Art de la Table” line, and desserts designed to resemble the brand's iconic forms and themes. The outdoor eating area features white and blue armchairs surrounded by verdant foliage adorned with branded flowers.

The Arnaud Donckele & Maxime Frédéric restaurant at Louis Vuitton has officially opened at Hotel White 1921 in Saint-Tropez, France, with reservations available on the brand's website.
