The Ikoyi Burger and Dark Beer Fondue Fries will be offered at Covent Garden on October 13.

Shake Shack has broadened its scope in 2023 by launching many innovative cuisines globally. After introducing its plant-based and spicy dishes, the restaurant collaborates with the Michelin-starred establishment Ikoyi to present a UK-exclusive gourmet dining experience.
Established by chef Jeremy Chan and Iré Hassan-Odukale, Ikoyi has garnered recognition in the London dining landscape. Ikoyi's West African cuisine emphasises high-quality British products, harmonising seasonal components for a delectable experience.
The Shake Shack menu at Ikoyi will be accessible for a single day exclusively at its Covent Garden location in London, with all sales benefiting the City Harvest charity. The concise menu includes the Ikoyi Burger and Dark Beer Fondue Fries, both offering unexpected delights. The dish modernises a classic cheeseburger by using deep-fried Buffalo sweetbreads, piquant relish, Efo spice emulsion, and grilled mustard greens, all served on a seeded miso potato bun. The Dark Beer Fondue Fries are garnished with lemon thyme, garlic, and cheese sauce infused with Penja peppercorn, finished with chopped negi onions.
