We Are Ona Launches Dining Experience in New York

After establishing outlets in London and Milan, the experimental dining group is now targeting New York.

The experimental dining collective known for hosting prominent fashion dinners, We Are Ona, has targeted New York. The New York food lab will take place from March 2 to March 6, representing the restaurateur's most recent pop-up event. Alongside the pop-up, We Are Ona will establish a permanent office in New York. The group, headquartered in Paris, has recently established branches in the major cities of London and Milan.
After enhancing his career at the renowned restaurant Noma, founder chef Luca Pronzato has rapidly established a reputation by hosting dinners for prestigious fashion houses such as Chanel, Saint Laurent, Gucci, and Valentino. The group functions as a comprehensive studio, enabling distinguished chefs and brand strategists to create exceptional world-building experiences.
The ensemble also includes pioneering brutalist chef Carsten Holler. Numerous dinners are organized around an expansive communal table showcasing Holler’s distinctive monochromatic palettes, which may be tailored to various environments, such an abandoned train station or a location adorned with freesias and daisies in Milan.
Subsequent to its New York pop-up, We Are Ona will collaborate with the French fashion brand Alaïa to organize a series of dinners during the forthcoming Paris Fashion Week. Every supper will be orchestrated by the house's creative director, Pieter Mullier.
